Unfortunately a big letdown. The rump steak, which cost more than € 23, was so drawn through with tendons that it was impossible to eat. After a complaint, a new steak was served which unfortunately Well Done, although medium ordered, was served. The meat was so tough that this steak could not be eaten either. Reaction of the host: The meat would always be like this and if the guest doesn't like it, he could go to eat somewhere else. That is exactly what we 5 guests will do in the future. : - ((

We were there on a Wednesday. Wednesday is steak 🥩 day. Welcomed by a beautiful rustic atmosphere. Everything is decorated with attention to detail. The service staff, the rest of the daughter of the house, took us friendly smiling. At this point I have to emphasize the extremely attentive service. I ordered beef soup with boiled beef and porcini mushrooms. Very strong, very tasty, very nutritious. Then we went with the rump steak "Goliath" with salad. The previous question, how would I like the steak, medium, was implemented to 100%. The whole meal was more than adequate in quantity and quality. The slogan could also be like eating nuts. The price / performance ratio is absolutely consistent. Although the Heidegasthof has been run successfully for 35 years in family ownership, he will be closed this year because no successor can be found. Pity! We have celebrated several times in the Heidegasthof large festivals. Round birthdays, and our gold wedding. All guests were always very excited. We too.

As already described several times, a place to relax. After a long drive. Prices are solid, prices are not.

Food is always great and the staff are very courteous and helpful. We are always there with family. Children and dogs are not a problem. Toilets are clean and well-kept. Also has an outdoor area in summer. The parking lot itself is very small but there is parking on the street. I can recommend it.
